Questions Buyers Ask
Before You Ask.
What's your minimum order quantity? −
We don't impose a fixed MOQ. Whether you're testing a single design or running a full season, we'll work with you — for very small runs, per-piece pricing simply reflects the setup involved. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote it honestly.
Do you charge for samples? +
No. Sampling is free for registered businesses, subject to approval of your request. We'd rather invest in a real sample than trade emails — it's the fastest way for both of us to know the fit is right.
How long does bulk production take? +
It depends entirely on quantity and complexity. Once we've studied your tech pack we quote an exact timeline with your order — and we hold to it.
I don't have a tech pack — can I still order? +
Absolutely. Send sketches, reference photos, or even a product you'd like improved. With 35+ years of pattern-making in-house, we'll develop the specification with you.
Will you keep my designs confidential? +
Your designs stay yours. We manufacture for brands — we never sell your designs, share them, or compete with you in your market.
What shipping terms do you offer? +
We work with all Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and the rest. Tell us what suits your import setup and we'll quote accordingly, with full export documentation handled in-house.
What are your payment terms? +
Agreed mutually before production begins and stated clearly in your quote. No mid-order surprises, no hidden charges.
Can you add our brand labels and tags? +
Yes — custom woven labels, printed tags, branded linings and packaging are all part of what we do. Your jacket should look like your brand made it, because in every way that matters, you did.
Can we see the factory before ordering? +
Yes. Book a live video walkthrough and we'll show you production on camera, or visit in person by appointment — audits are welcome.
Which countries do you export to? +
Primarily the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia — but we ship worldwide, with export documentation prepared in-house.
